Steve Klinkefus

Steve grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio. He graduated from UAHS in the Class of 1985, and from Denison University in 1989 with a BA in English. He was a member of Lamba Chi Fraternity. After graduating, he briefly lived in New York City and was employed as a Marketing Consultant. He returned to Columbus, Ohio, in 1990 where he was employed with Morgan Lumber Company.

In 2004 Steve created his own pallet company, Compliance Packaging International, Ltd.

Nancy Klockner

Nancy grew up in Wheeling, WV where she graduated from Triadelphia High School. She attended West Liberty State College and West Virginia Technical Institute. She later became a QuickBooks pro advisor and started her own business assisting small business owners in converting their existing accounting systems to QuickBooks.

She began working with Steve in 2004. Nancy developed the business model for the company while Steve worked on sales. Together they grew CPI into a highly regarded business with a reputation for providing unparalleled customer service.
